Crave Active started with a simple question: What if wellness wasn’t just something you practiced, but something you lived in? Back in college, when the world hit pause, I took a deep dive into my routines—small habit by small habit—until I felt stronger, healthier, and more at home in myself than ever before. Along the way, I realized we’re so careful about what we put in our bodies but rarely think about what we put on them. Most activewear is made from synthetic materials that shed microplastics and expose our skin to harsh chemicals. I couldn’t ignore that—so I set out to create something better.

I created Crave Active to redefine athleisure—making the healthy, sustainable choice the effortless choice. Inspired by holistic wellness principles and the idea that simplicity is best, our pieces are made to move with you—supporting your biggest ambitions while feeling as comforting as home. At the end of the day, I just wanted to create something that I knew was good—for our bodies, our confidence, and the way we show up in the world.
